These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website (https://ksmusical.com), dashboard, and services operated by VPSKS Musical RasiYa Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office in Uttar Pradesh, India (“KS Musical”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, dashboard, or services (collectively, the “Site and Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.

  • 10.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, KS Musical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to KS Musical in the six (6) months preceding the claim or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.

11. Termination

KS Musical may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. Clauses relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Arbitrator: Sole arbitrator appointed mutually
  • The award shall be final and binding. Courts at " Mathura " shall have jurisdiction for interim relief.

KS Musical respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, Please send a notice via the digital copyright portal at https://www.ksmusical.com/complaint with the necessary information, or email legal-notices@ksmusical.in. Valid complaints will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.

All notices shall be in writing and sent via registered email or courier.

15. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KS Musical.
  • If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
  • No waiver shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
