Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to KS Musical in the six (6) months preceding the claim or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.

11. Termination

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• The award shall be final and binding. Courts at " Mathura " shall have jurisdiction for interim relief.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, Please send a notice via the digital copyright portal at https://www.ksmusical.com/complaint with the necessary information, or email legal-notices@ksmusical.in. Valid complaints will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with applicable law.

15. Miscellaneous

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
